Writing RI - Author's Panel

Wakefield Books presents Writing Rhode Island - a special author panel featuring three Rhode Island authors discussing the unique opportunities and challenges of writing books that take place in this little state we call home.

Vanessa Lillie, author of Blood Sisters, will serve as moderator for the authors' discussion of their novels, their writing process, and their Rhody connections. Joining Vanessa will be Christa Carmen, author of Daughters of Block Island, and Luanne Rice, author of Last Night. There will be time for Q&A, and copies of the author's books will be available for purchase. Beverages and small bites will be available at the bar, and attendees are welcome to bring takeout from a local restaurant. Following the author talk, be sure to stick around for a special Sons of Liberty Book-themed Trivia night, which starts at 7pm!
