Ingredients
- 2 oz Belgian Wheat Spirit
- 1/2 oz honey syrup
- 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
How to make
Put all ingredients in a shaking tin and vigorously shake until chilled. Pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
tip: if honey is too thick, add a little water at a time until a syrup consistency.
