Ingredients
- 2 oz Battle Cry Single Malt
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz strawberry syrup
- mint
To make the strawberry syrup:
Combine 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar in a pot on medium heat. Add in 1/2 a cup of sliced, hulled strawberries and let simmer for about 10 minutes until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Strain and let cool before use.
How to make
Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin and shake vigorously. Pour into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with mint and strawberries.
