Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Indiginous Dry Gin
- 3/4 oz strawberry syrup
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 2 dashes of aromatic bitters
- egg white
To make the strawberry syrup:
Combine 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar in a pot on medium heat. Add in 1/2 a cup of sliced, hulled strawberries and let simmer for about 10 minutes until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Strain and let cool before use.
How to make
Combine all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake until egg white is frothy. Add ice to shaker and shake then strain over a large cube. Garnish with a strawberry.
