- 1 1/2 oz Apple Flavored Whiskey
- 3/4 oz spiced pear syrup
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz turbinado syrup
- dash of elderflower liqueur
To make the spiced pear syrup:
Combine 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water in a pot. Add 1 chopped Bartlett pear and 1 cinnamon stick. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Strain and let cool before use.
To make the demerara syrup:
Bring 1 cup of demerara sugar and 1 cup of water to a simmer and stir until sugar dissolves. Cool before use.
How to make
Shake and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon peel and grated nutmeg.
