Ingredients
- 2 oz Sons of London Dry Gin
- 1/2 oz raspberry syrup
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1 egg white
To make the raspberry syrup:
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and add in 1 cup of white sugar. Once sugar is dissolved, add in 6 oz of raspberries. Lower the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Strain with a fine mesh strainer before use.
Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake without ice until frothy. Add ice into shaker tin and shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with raspberries.
