- 2 oz Vienna American Single Malt
- 1/2 oz spiced clementine cordial
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
To make the spiced clementine cordial:
Juice 1 cup of fresh clementine juice. Add to a pot and heat on low-medium heat. Add 1 cup of white sugar and whisk until sugar dissolves. Make sure to not bring to a boil. Cut the heat and add in 1 cinnamon and 4 cloves. Let sit for about 10 minutes. Strain and let cool before use.
How to make
Add all ingredients into a shaking tin. Vigorously shake and strain into either a coupe or a rocks glass. Top with grated cinnamon.
