Bulletproof Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 2 oz Uprising Single Malt Whiskey
• 1/4 oz Old Fashioned syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

How to make the Old Fashioned syrup:

Bring 1/2 a cup of water to boil. Add in 1/2 cup of panela sugar and 1/4 cup of white sugar. Simmer with 1 clove, 1 allspice berry, 1 star anise, and an orange peel. Keep simmering until all sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Add 1 oz of Uprising Single Malt Whiskey to the syrup. Strain and let cool before use.

How to make

Add all ingredients to rocks glass with a large cube. Stir 55-60 times until cocktail is properly diluted. Garnish with an orange peel.
