- 2 oz Battle Cry Single Malt
- 3/4 oz blackberry pureé
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 2 dashes orange bitters
To make the blackberry pureé:
Take 1 container of blackberries (approx. 6 oz) and pour into blender with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Pulse and blend until smooth. Use a fine mesh strainer and pour puree through it. Press with the back of a spoon if needed.
How to make
Add all ingredients into a shaking tin. Shake vigorously until cold. Pour into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a fresh blackberry and sprig of mint.
*If too tart, feel free to add a dash of simple syrup.*
