- 2 oz vodka
- 3/4 oz lemon cordial
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- soda water
- garnish with lemon wheel, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries
To make the lemon cordial
Combine 1/2 cup of lemon juice (freshly squeezed) with 1/2 cup of white sugar in a pot and a teaspoon of lemon zest. Over medium heat (make sure not to boil) stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Strain into jar and let cool before use.
How to Make
Add vodka, lemon juice and lemon cordial into a shaking tin and quickly shake with ice. Pour over fresh ice into a Collins glass, and top with soda water. For more of a punch, top with Raspberry Light + Sparkling Vodka Seltzer. Garnish with a lemon wheel and raspberries, blackberries and blueberries.
