Apple Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz Apple Flavored Whiskey
  • 1/4 oz ginger syrup
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters

To make ginger syrup:

Combine 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water and 1 hunk of ginger (sliced) in a pot. Simmer on low-medium heat for 15 minutes. Strain and let cool before use.

Add all ingredients in a rocks glass with a large cube. Stir 55-60 over a large ice cube in a rocks glass until cocktail is properly diluted. Garnish with a candied ginger or orange peel.
